Resumé
Prof. Dr. Oliver Gürtler studied Economics at the University of Bonn and Mathematics at the University of Hagen. In 2006, he received his doctor's degree from the University of Bonn for the dissertation "Incentives and the Organization of Institutions". In 2009, he became a professor of Economics at the University of Cologne.
Prof. Dr. Gürtler does research in Organizational Economics, Labor Economics, and Applied Microeconomics. His papers have been published in prestigious economics journals such as International Economic Review, RAND Journal of Economics, Journal of Labor Economics, Games and Economic Behavior, and European Economic Review.
